Jose Luis holds a degree in Chemistry and MBA from the IE Business School. He counts with +20 years of experience developing ESG strategies, reporting an assurance as Partner in KPMG - in Spain and as Global Head of Sustainability Services.

 

In 2019, joined ACCIONA as Global Chief Sustainability Officer.

Former member and one of the four rapporteurs of the Technical Expert Group in Sustainable Finance of European Commission. He is a senior member of different advisory committees such as the Spanish Forum for Responsible Finance (FINRESP) and the European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies (EFFAS). In 2022 was appointed member of the European Market Securities Authority's Sustainability Advisory Committee.
